Pasay is the host city of the three international airport terminals in Metro Manila. It is also a major tourist destination due to its several places of interest that tourists and visitors can see while in the city such as world-class accommodations, shopping and entertainment, as well as world-class international convention and events facilities. Pasay, officially the City of Pasay, is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 440,656 people. Due to its location just south of Manila, Pasay quickly became an urban town during the American colonial period. Pasay is the center for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) as this the venue of choice for holding of major events such as seminars and conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions, as well as festivals and other socials. Pasay, also known as the travel city, is one of the most populated cities in Metro Manila filled with busy markets, karaoke bars, shopping malls and world-class art galleries. Located six kilometres from Manila and close to Makati, Taguig and Paranaque, Pasay is known for its amazing nightlife, adventures and shopping.

CULTURAL CENTER OF THE PHILIPPINES
The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) is the premiere showcase of the arts in the Philippines. Founded in 1969, the CCP has been producing and presenting music, dance, theater, visual arts, literary, cinematic, and design events from the Philippines and all over the world for more than forty years. Its nine resident companies namely, Ballet Philippines, Philippine Ballet Theater, Tanghalang Pilipino, Ramon Obusan Folkloric Group, the Bayanihan Philippine National Folk Dance Company, Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, UST Symphony Orchestra, Philippine Madrigal Singers and the National Music Competition for Young Artists Foundation (NAMCYA) present a regular season of productions, workshops, and outreach performances.
